Abstract:

本发明公开了一种立方型纳米PN结SnSe/ZnSe/SnSe/ZnSe多阱核壳量子阱材料及制备方法,由硒化锌材料和硒化锡材料交替包覆所组成的立方形核壳结构量子阱材料,以P型材料硒化锡为核,以N型材料硒化锌为壳,以P型材料硒化锡为第二阱层,再以N型材料硒化锌为壳。通过制备有机前驱体、热注入法、高温合成与退火、纯化等工艺,制备出立方型SnSe/ZnSe/SnSe/ZnSe多阱核壳量子阱材料。本发明运用热注入法制备具有立方型形貌的多阱核壳量子阱材料,方法便于控制,所制备的材料具有高量子效率、特殊的形貌结构、良好的结构稳定性,在太阳能电池、照明、显示等材料领域有巨大的应用潜力。
