Abstract:

A flexible hybrid white light emitting diode, in which the QDs acted as an orange emitter and organic small molecules as the blue emitter in a multilayered structure was fabricated. The device could produce white light emission and the current efficiency has a maximum of 0.97 cd/A. © 2014 ITE and SID.
