Abstract:
This paper reports a kind of high stability QD composites and their use for Mini LED backlighting. The high stability QD composites was characterized by core shell shell, expressed as CSS in the following. Mesoporous silica spheres (MSSs), as the cores, were used to adsorb Q Ds as the first shell; after that, the QD adsorbed silica spheres were coated by a silica or alumina oxide layer as the second shell. The QD composite was finally demonstrated with a Mini LED backlighting. © 2023, John Wiley and Sons Inc. All rights reserved.
