Abstract:

本发明涉及一种基于有机物聚合的量子点发光二极管及其制备方法。所述量子点发光二极管,包括空穴注入层、空穴传输层、量子点发光层、电子传输层和阴极,所述量子点发光层为量子点与有机物混合旋涂制备。本发明量子点发光二极管制备方法新颖,制作成本低,制备工艺简单,其通过在量子点层中有机物的聚合,有效阻挡了电子传输层和空穴传输层的直接接触,减小了漏电流,使得电子和空穴在量子点层实现了有效的复合,抑制了俄歇复合的发生。可使量子点发光二极管的寿命以及性能大大提高。
