针对如何提高英语专业翻译教学质量的问题 ,围绕如何正确认识翻译理论的作用、如何引导学生正确认识翻译活动、加强汉语学习、重视文学知识的积累、注重学以致用、改进翻译测试方法等翻译教学过程中需要重视的几个方面展开讨论 ,旨在推动高校翻译教学改革
