探讨了组织冲突与和谐组织的内涵,分析了当前组织冲突管理中存在的问题及原因,从更新管理观念、培育组织文化、完善考评机制、提高应急能力、重视第三方作用等五方面对构建和谐组织的管理机制提出了对策.
