Abstract：
太子参作为药食同源的食品，具有重要的生理功能.本课题从太子参中分离纯化出新型胰蛋白酶抑制剂，并对其理化性质及生物活性进行表征.采用Tris-HCI缓冲液(pH 7.4)抽提活性蛋白，经离子交换色谱和凝胶过滤色谱分离纯化得到胰蛋白酶抑制剂(TI)，分子量为17.2 ku.
