Nowadays,　the　competition　among　enterprises　are　no　longer　the　competition　of　the　quantity　and　price　of　goods,　but　mainly　the　goods＇　technological　content,　brands,　quality　security　and　cost.　Since　the　enterprise＇s　independent　innovation　ability　is　the　foundation　of　the　national　and　regional　independent　innovation　ability,　in　order　to　strengthen　Fujian　province＇s　independent　innovation　ability,　we　must　promote　the　enterprise＇s　independent　innovation　ability　by　a　large　margin.　This　paper　starts　from　the　current　situation　of　the　enterprises＇　innovation　ability　in　Fujian　province,　then　analyzes　the　reason　why　enterprise＇s　independent　innovation　Ability　in　the　province　is　insufficient,　discusses　some　methods　and　measures　to　solve　this　problem.
