This　paper　gives　some　countermeasures　and　suggestions　about　how　to　utilize　the　original　scientific　findings　to　realize　revitalizing　the　economy　of　Fujian　and　grand　blueprint　of　building　economic　zone　of　west　bank　in　the　straits　on　the　basis　of　analyzing　the　current　situation　of　independent　innovation　in　Fujian　province.
