Article　focuses　on　firms＇　technology-oriented　independent　innovation　process,　proposes　the　connotation　of　firms＇　mainstream　innovation　and　new　stream　innovation,　bases　on　technology　evolution　and　development　process,　to　explore　the　symbiotic　as　well　as　boom　and　slump　dynamic　evolution　rules　and　operation　characteristics　of　mainstream　innovation　and　new　stream　innovation.　And　then　through　independent　innovation　cases　study　of　two　firms　in　Fujian,　this　paper　aims　to　prove　and　elaborate　the　thinking　of　breeding　new　stream　innovation　based　on　mainstream　innovation,　and　fulfilling　technology　transition　and　innovation　upgrade　by　new　stream　innovation　continuously　emerging.
