Abstract:
<正>铽铝石榴石(Tb_3Al_5O_(12),TAG)晶体和掺铈稀土铁石榴石((CeR)_3Fe_5O_(12),Ce:RIG)晶体拥有优异的磁光性能~([1-3]),各自在可见-近红外光区和近中红外光区的有着很好的应用前景。但两种晶体都是非同成分熔融,晶体生长较困难,而且如何提高Ce:RIG中Ce~(3+)浓度也是一大难题。本论文结合晶体工程学和量子理论计算,对这两晶体结构进行优化设计,获得结构更稳定的掺
