Abstract：
企业风险承受能力的准确把握,是企业进行风险管理的必要前提,也是外部投资者、政府监管部门等其他利益相关者关心的重要信息。将定性和定量指标结合,利用模糊综合评价方法对企业进行多层次风险承受能力综合定量评价,可以为各方评价企业风险承受能力提供理论依据和有用的评价工具。
