Abstract:
如何走出“激励丛林”的困惑,本文提出“三率一度”应是评价员工激励理论、方案有效性的重要角度,并据此结合国情,对当代激励理论和若干代表性激励方案进行分析、比较,认为员工激励是一系统工程,激励理论的管理实践应与企业的具体经营因素相结合。
