Abstract ：
为了提高四轮驱动车辆侧倾控制系统的稳定性,改善车辆在不平整路况中行驶的舒适度,设计混合算法优化反向传播比例-积分-微分(BP-PID)控制系统,并对车辆侧倾控制系统进行仿真验证.给出了四轮驱动车辆侧倾动力学模型,引用了BP-PID控制系统.设计一种粒子群算法和遗传算法的混合算法,利用混合算法搜索BP-PID控制参数的最优值,使四轮驱动车辆侧倾控制系统具有较强抗侧倾能力.利用Matlab软件对四轮驱动车辆侧倾角位移、角速度和横摆力矩进行仿真,比较优化前和优化后BP-PID控制系统输出结果.结果显示:采用BP-PID控制方法,在不平整路况中行驶,四轮驱动车辆侧倾角位移、角速度和横摆力矩变化幅度较大.采用混合算法优化BP-PID控制方法,在不平整路况中行驶,四轮驱动车辆侧倾角位移、角速度和横摆力矩变化幅度较小.采用混合算法优化BP-PID控制方法,能够提高四轮驱动车辆行驶的稳定性,改善车辆在不平整路况中行驶的舒适度.

随着电网发展水平的不断提升,跨行业、跨系统的信息共享需求不断增加,如何解决电网工程造价信息有效共享成为普遍且迫切的问题.本文首次在工程造价领域应用区块链技术,采用"联盟链"区块链模式,以区块链五层级技术架构为模型基础,构建基于区块链的电网工程造价信息共享系统,该系统为各联盟实体间的数据交互和信息共享提供了可信、可靠平台,确保了共享系统上的数据安全与访问控制.

数字经济对绿色技术创新的影响已引起学界重视,现有研究仅从二者关系展开,对其中的作用机制关注不足.基于要素配置效率和环境规制效率的"数字经济—绿色技术创新"模型,对 2011-2020 年中国省域面板数据的分析表明:数字经济及其不同维度对绿色技术创新均有正向影响,并呈现显著的地区差异;要素配置与环境规制效率对"数字经济—绿色技术创新"关系起中介作用;数字经济能够通过影响要素配置效率进而驱动绿色技术创新,但存在明显的区域异质性;环境规制效率的中介作用在数字经济发展不同层面存在差异.

本文以2011-2016年间我国节能环保产业上市公司为研究样本,实证检验绿色技术创新能力、产品差异化与企业竞争力的关系,同时分析企业规模对绿色技术创新能力与企业竞争力关系的调节作用.研究发现,绿色技术创新能力对企业竞争力有显著的正向影响,绿色技术创新能力的各个组分对企业竞争力的影响存在差异.产品差异化在绿色技术创新能力与企业竞争力的关系中发挥中介作用,产品差异化在绿色技术创新能力的四个组分与企业竞争力的关系中的作用存在差异,此外,企业规模在绿色技术创新能力与企业竞争力关系中具有正向的调节作用,产品差异化在企业规模的调节作用中起中介作用.本文的研究为解读绿色技术创新能力影响企业竞争力的内在机理提供了一个有价值的新角度.

为了解决当前道路交通事故车辆碰撞速度较难评估准确的问题,本文引入遗传算法和深度学习模型,提出了一套针对道路交通事故车辆碰撞速度的评估系统.该系统由硬件与软件组成,硬件主要由视频监控、图像采集和通信传感构成,软件由用户界面和底层评估算法构成.通过将二者进行结合,建立了一种道路交通事故车辆碰撞速度的评估方法.首先,对道路车辆碰撞实际场景、业务逻辑和需求,进行分析,形成工程目标和标准,以设计对应的评估系统构架.然后,深入研究遗传算法特性、和深度学习原理,结合速度评估需求,开发出道路交通事故车辆碰撞速度的评估算法和对应的系统软件.通过将其集成到落地设备中,并进行场景功能性测试和稳定性测试.经过反复验证,所提方法具有更好的评估性能与准确度,可以更好地应用于工程领域.

本文运用协整检验、脉冲响应函数和方差分解等计量经济学方法,深入研究了我国在2000—2016年期间专利行政执法、市场竞争和专利创新之间的长短期关系.从长期来看,专利行政执法、市场竞争和专利创新三者之间存在着相互促进作用.从短期来看:①专利行政执法和专利创新短期内存在双向的促进作用;②市场竞争有助于促进专利创新的增加,而专利创新的增加则会对市场竞争有微弱的抑制作用;③专利行政执法与市场竞争在短期内存在着互相抑制的作用.上述结果不仅完善了现有专利行政执法的研究,细化和丰富了知识产权保护的相关理论文献,还为国家更好地制定专利行政执法政策提供理论依据.

The green innovation behavior of scientific researchers is the premise of green development, but research on the mechanism of green innovation behavior of scientific researchers has been neglected. This study aims to analyze the main internal and external factors that influence the green innovation behavior of researchers and reveal the interaction between them. To this end, based on behavioral and innovation theories, a theoretical model for the formation of green innovation behavior among scientific researchers was established. A large number of data were obtained from multiple industrial cities and different industries in China. The model was tested using hierarchical regression analysis methods. This study, therefore, provides evidence on the mechanism of how both internal and external drivers drive researchers to form the green innovation behavior. The results delicate that endogenous attitude, exogenous attitude, the injunctive norm of green innovative behavior, and the control ability of green innovation have a remarkably positive impact on green innovative intention, while descriptive norm and self-efficacy have no significant impact on green innovative intention. On the contrary, in the transition from green innovative intention to behavior, tacit knowledge commons plays the main moderating role. When the level of knowledge commons is high, it has a strong positive influence on the transition of researchers' green innovative intention to behavior. Different from the qualitative and isolated tendencies in previous research, this study sheds systematic light on the formation mechanism of green innovation behaviors of researchers from the perspective of behavioral science, and also helps to make constructive suggestions on promoting the green innovation behaviors of scientific researchers for enterprises and government.

Can an enterprise's green technological innovation ability enhance its competitiveness? This topic has not been studied extensively, there is no consensus in the existing literature, and there is no clear indication of the underlying mechanism and processes. In this research, we establish a conceptual framework to describe the effect of an enterprise's green technological innovation ability on enterprise competitiveness. This model uses product differentiation as the mediating variable and the enterprise scale as the moderating variable. This study is based on a hierarchical regression analysis of the energy conservation and environmental protection data from enterprises listed in China from 2011 to 2016. Our findings show that, in general, the green technological innovation ability of an enterprise has a significant positive effect on the enterprise's competitiveness, but different components have different effects on enterprise competitiveness. Product differentiation has a mediating effect on the relationship between an enterprise's green technological innovation ability and competitiveness, and its mediating effect differs depending on the components of the green technological innovation ability. The enterprise scale positively moderates the relationship between the enterprise's green technological innovation ability and enterprise competitiveness through product differentiation. This research provides a new analytical framework to understand the mechanism underlying the effect of an enterprise's green technological innovation ability on enterprise competitiveness, and it also provides useful insights into the development of green technological innovation competitiveness and the establishment of new policies by the government to improve the regulatory framework for green development.
