对我国＜公司法＞第111条的见解,仁者见仁、智者见智.笔者认为,该条是关于公司法的停止请求权制度的规定,只是存在巨大立法缺陷.本文拟对我国＜公司法＞停止请求权制度的立法缺陷作一些探讨.
