Abstract：
对我国《公司法》第111条的见解,仁者见仁、智者见智。笔者认为,该条是关于公司法的停止请求权制度的规定,只是存在巨大立法缺陷。本文拟对我国《公司法》停止请求权制度的立法缺陷作一些探讨。
