从韭菜花杆中提取分离出一种植物凝集素,对小鼠血红细胞有很强的凝集活性,当浓度为7.8μg·mL-1时,就能发生凝集反应.每100g的新鲜韭菜花杆经超声、离心、硫铵沉淀、透析、冻干后最终得0.099g粗品.考察韭菜凝集素提取过程中各工艺条件对提取分离的影响,采用蛋白质定量法评价各工艺参数的影响程度,建立最佳提取工艺,结果如下:超声时间为4min,离心转速为10000rpm,硫酸铵的饱和度为80%.
