Abstract:
目的 测定金银花中的绿原酸和木犀草素.方法 采用毛细管电泳一安培检测,以微碳圆盘电极为检测电极.检测电位0.95 V、pH 8的50 mmol/L Na2B4O7-100 mmol/L NaH2PO4缓冲液为运行液.使用长70 cm、内径25 μm的熔融石英毛细管分离.结果 当分离电压为21 kV时,绿原酸和木犀草素在26 min内完全分离.绿原酸和木犀草素的线性范围为0.35~21.0μg/ml和0.20~12.0μg/ml,检出限为0.08μg/ml和0.01μg/ml.结论 毛细管电泳-安培检测法可用于金银花中绿原酸和木犀革素含量的洲定.
