Abstract:
用毛细管电泳安培检测法(CE-AD)测定密蒙花中的四种黄酮类化合物(蒙花甙、刺槐素、芹黄素和木犀草素).研究了各种实验条件对分离效果的影响,得到了优化的测定条件.以直径为0.5 mm的碳圆盘为工作电极,工作电位为+0.95 V(vs.Ag/AgCl),50 mmol/L Na2B4O7-100 mmol/L NaH2PO4(pH=9.00)的缓冲溶液为最佳运行液,在此条件下,四种黄酮类化合物在25 min内得到了良好分离.蒙花甙、刺槐素、芹黄素和木犀草素的检测限分别为0.2 μg/mL、0.005 μg/mL、0.04 μg/mL和0.03 μg/mL.该方法应用于实际样品密蒙花中黄酮类化合物的分析,结果基本满意.
