Abstract:
目的测定金银花中的绿原酸和木犀草素。方法采用毛细管电泳-安培检测,以微碳圆盘电极为检测电极,检测电位0.95 V、pH 8的50 mmol/L Na_2B_4O_7-100 mmol/L NaH_2PO_4缓冲液为运行液,使用长70 cm、内径25μm的熔融石英毛细管分离。结果当分离电压为21 kV时,绿原酸和木犀草素在26 min内完全分离。绿原酸和木犀草素的线性范围为0.35~21.0μg/ml和0.20~12.0μg/ml,检出限为0.08μg/ml和0.01μg/ml。结论毛细管电泳-安培检测法可用于金银花中绿原酸和木犀草素含量的测定。
