研究了水/正十二烷相转移体系中汉逊德巴利酵母(Debaryomyces hansenii)细胞催化4-(3,4-亚甲二氧苯基)-2-丁酮的不对称还原,分别考察了相体积比、反应温度、缓冲液pH、底物浓度、细胞量等因素对产率和产物对映体过量率(e.e.)的影响.结果表明,该体系中不对称还原反应的优势产物主要为(+)-4-(3,4-亚甲二氧苯基)-2-丁醇.当水/正十二烷两相体积比为10/2.5(mL/mL)、底物浓度为10 mmol/L、细胞量为2.0 g时,在温度30℃,体系pH值9.0下反应48 h,产率和产物e.e值可分别达到84.5%和97.1%.
