1.1 360度绩效考评的提出背景
360度绩效考评指有被考评者的上级、同事、下级和顾客以及考评者本人担任考评者,从多个角度对被考评者进行360度的全方位考评,再通过反馈程序,达到改变被考评者的行为、提高其绩效的目的.如图1所示.
