Abstract:

研究了利尿剂氨苯喋啶和氢氯噻嗪的毛细管电泳-电化学检测法的电泳操作条件和检测条件.结果表明,在最佳分离、检测条件下,两种待测物在8min内达到基线分离,氨苯喋啶和氢氯噻嗪的检测限分别达到1.0μg/Ml和0.75μg/Ml,对两物质连续测定7次的迁移时间RSD不大于1.7﹪,峰电流的RSD不大于4.9﹪,将该方法用于模拟尿样中氨苯喋啶和氢氯噻嗪的同时分离和测定,其平均回收率分别为96.8﹪和95.3﹪.
