Abstract：
基于芦丁和槲皮素在磷酸盐介质中,具有电化学响应,建立了毛细管电泳-电化学检测法同时测定芦丁和槲皮素的方法.在最佳条件下,芦丁和槲皮素10min内基线分离,检测限分别为0.6μg/Ml和4.0μg/Ml,方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为:2.4﹪和3.1﹪,槲皮素的回收率为97.6﹪.并应用中药槐米中槲皮素的测定.
