Abstract:

本发明涉及一种基于发光颜色判读的湿度探测器,包括激发光源层以及钙钛矿量子点叠层;所述激发光源层由可激发钙钛矿叠层的电致发光源组成;所述钙钛矿量子点叠层由对环境湿度敏感度有差异的钙钛矿量子点层叠组成,其中下方的钙钛矿量子点层材料不能激发上方的钙钛矿量子点层材料,不同层的钙钛矿量子点材料均可被底部的激发光源发出的光激发,并且在出射过程中混色。本发明实现根据发光颜色判读的湿度探测。
