Abstract:

本发明公开了一种超疏水负载钼催化剂的制备方法及其应用,属于材料制备、电催化及精细化工的技术领域。所述电催化剂是以商品磷钨酸PTA、五氯化钼为原料,通过分批次投料,在温和条件下加热搅拌,利用具有丰富氧配位点的磷钨酸为载体,以五水氯化钼为修饰物种的前驱物,开发出高性能的电催化固氮用超疏水负载钼物种的磷钨酸电催化剂。本发明制备的电催化剂具有很好的稳定性和电催化性能,并能有效解决当前常温常压电催化合成氨中氮气难以吸附活化和析氢竞争反应占主导的问题。且催化剂制备工艺简单,成本低,生产过程绿色环保,有较大的应用潜力。
