Abstract:

本发明涉及一种单塔萃取精馏分离四氢呋喃‑水混合物的装置,包括萃取精馏塔、冷凝器、再沸器、回流罐和回流泵。本发明使用吡咯烷酮作为萃取剂,通过单个萃取精馏塔分离四氢呋喃和水的混合物。萃取剂从萃取精馏塔上部进料,原料四氢呋喃‑水混合物从萃取精馏塔下部进料,经过多级汽液传质,塔顶得到四氢呋喃产品,塔釜采出废水。本发明单个塔实现四氢呋喃‑水体系的分离,解决了四氢呋喃‑水体系在常压下形成共沸物而难分离的问题,省去了常规的溶剂回收塔,具有工艺简单、能耗低、回收率高等优点。
