Abstract:

本发明公开了一种Cu/Fe3O4水煤气变换催化剂的再生方法,Cu/Fe3O4催化剂经过水煤气反应活性评价后,将床层温度降至200~300℃,切换为氧化性气氛,保持一定时间后,并经还原活化可大幅恢复催化剂的低温变换反应活性,即催化剂再生,该方法充分利用Cu/Fe3O4催化剂前驱体CuFe2O4的结构特性,将其还原活化获得单质Cu和Fe3O4复合的Cu/Fe3O4催化剂,Cu/Fe3O4催化剂经氧化性气氛热处理可再生形成CuFe2O4,进而经还原得到水煤气变换反应性能大幅提升的Cu/Fe3O4催化剂。本发明的应用能够大幅度降低催化剂的生产成本,达到节能、降耗的目的。
