Abstract:

本发明公开了一种基于固体碱的巴豆醛反应精馏生产方法及装置,包括利用精馏塔使乙醛在固体碱的催化作用下缩合生成丁醇醛,并使丁醇醛在酸性条件下脱水生成巴豆醛,通过固体碱作为催化剂代替传统的液体碱催化剂作为乙醛缩合反应催化剂,利用固体碱高活性、高选择性、反应条件温和、产物易于分离、可循环使用等优点,降低了巴豆醛生产过程中废水处理的能耗和提高巴豆醛生产控制的稳定性和生产效率。
