Abstract:

本发明公布了一种Er3+,Yb3+共掺NaYF4荧光粉晶相可控合成的制备方法。包括以下步骤:将乙酸钇、乙酸镱、乙酸铒和氢氧化钠按摩尔配比配料混合,以异丙醇、乙醇和水为溶剂,加入三氟乙酸,搅拌均匀后得透明溶胶A;将透明溶胶A干燥得到的胶态物质进行热处理,从室温升至300~800℃,保温一定时间,随炉冷却至室温,研磨得到不同晶相组合、多种发光颜色的Er3+,Yb3+共掺上转换荧光粉。本发明合成工艺简单,生产周期短,易规模化生产;所合成的Er3+,Yb3+共掺上转换荧光粉晶相可控、发光颜色多样,用途广泛。
