Abstract:

本发明公开了一种聚丙烯酸改性的球状单分散NaGdF4 : Yb3+, Er3+上转换荧光粉的制备方法。采用水热法,用聚丙烯酸作表面改性剂,通过调节NaF、NH4HF2和稀土离子总量之间的配比,实现了球状NaGdF4 : Yb3+, Er3+上转换荧光粉的合成,且制得的荧光粉体具有单分散性,该方法制备工艺简单,丰富了NaGdF4 : Yb3+, Er3+上转换荧光粉体的表现形式。由于比表面积较大的球状单分散NaGdF4 : Yb3+, Er3+荧光粉的上转换效率高,且聚丙烯酸包裹的荧光粉表面具有亲水基团,扩大了球状单分散NaGdF4 : Yb3+, Er3+上转换荧光粉在生物标记和有机‑无机发光材料领域的应用前景。
