Abstract:

本发明公开了一种聚丙烯酸改性的椭球状单分散NaGdF4 : Yb3+, Er3+上转换荧光粉的制备方法。采用水热法,用聚丙烯酸作表面改性剂,通过调节聚丙烯酸用量,pH值,NaF、NH4HF2和稀土离子总量之间的配比,实现了疏松多孔椭球状NaGdF4 : Yb3+, Er3+上转换荧光粉的合成,且制得的荧光粉体具有单分散性,该方法制备工艺简单,丰富了NaGdF4 : Yb3+, Er3+上转换荧光粉体的表现形式。疏松多孔状的NaGdF4 : Yb3+, Er3+荧光粉有望用于吸附材料的制备领域,结合荧光粉的发光特性,这种椭球状单分散的NaGdF4 : Yb3+, Er3+上转换荧光粉在生物荧光领域也有很大的应用前景。
