Abstract：
本发明公开了一种靶向STAT3的小分子化合物及其制备方法和应用，所述的STAT3抑制剂是具有通式I所示的化合物 ，其中R1为5-氯-2-羟基苯基、(E)-3-(6-溴-2-吡啶)-2-氰基或4-(2-苯基喹啉)；R2为氢、C1-C6的直链或支链烷基。该化合物能够显著抑制乳腺癌、肺癌、肝癌、宫颈癌和前列腺癌等多种肿瘤细胞的增殖和存活，抑制肿瘤细胞STAT3信号通路，从而诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡，达到治疗肿瘤疾病的效果。
