Abstract：
针对目前城镇土地分等定级中存在的参评因子数据量大,分析计算工作繁杂,图件成果数字化和更新周期要求快等问题,探讨如何在实际应用中,将MapGIS地理信息系统与城镇土地分等定级系统软件(简称ULC)有机地结合起来,充分发挥各自的特点和所长,提高城镇土地分等定级的自动化和数字化程度。
