Abstract：
针对目前城镇土地分等定级中存在的参评因子数据量大, 分析计算工作繁杂, 图件成果数字化和更新周期要求快等问题, 探讨如何在实际应用中, 将MapGIS地理信息系统与城镇土地分等定级系统软件(简称ULC)有机地结合起来, 充分发挥各自的特点和所长, 提高城镇土地分等定级的自动化和数字化程度.
