Abstract:

随着商务智能应用的普及和集成数据模型的出现,传统分析型CRM和运营型CRM正向智能型CRM方向发展.基于此,本文在参考目前成功的CRM系统基础上,结合自身实践,提出了一个智能型CRM的模型,并构建出它的体系结构.
