Abstract：
经济法作为一个独立的法律部门,是涉及法律法规最多、内容最为分散的一部分。因此,经济法具有“多”、“杂”、“散”、“乱”的特点。主讲经济法的老师可能都有这样的体会,就是很难将比较枯燥的经济法讲得生动、有趣。笔者从事经济法教学工作已经六年了,这个问题也是本人六年来一直思考的问题。几年教学过程中,也总结出一些经验,愿与法律界的同行、前辈共同切磋探讨。
