Abstract:

在以人为本的思想指导下,民办高校建立科学的激励机制对辅导员的专业化、职业化和专家化的发展能起到至关重要的作用。我国民办高校辅导员的激励机制的建立尚处于探索和完善阶段。针对辅导员队伍,尚缺乏科学且有效的薪酬体系、职称评审体系、考核评价体系及宽阔的发展路径。因此,为吸引和留住优秀人才,稳定大学生思想政治教育队伍,切实推动辅导员专业化、职业化、专家化建设,必须从保障、评价、发展等各个方面不断完善辅导员的激励机制。
