民办高校辅导员队伍是民办高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,是保持民办高校健康发展的重要稳定器.科学合理地进行绩效考核,有利于民办高校辅导员队伍的建设和作用的发挥.本文通过分析当前民办高校辅导员队伍在绩效考核方面存在的主要问题,尝试从绩效考核的连续性、信服力、指导力、执行力和激励性等方面,对加强民办高校辅导员的绩效管理提出一些有益的对策.
