Abstract:

直流充电桩电源模块将三相380V交流电转换成750V的直流电压,其前级通常采用三相PFC电路,后级DC\DC模块通常采用三电平LLC电路进行功率调节,整个电源模块包含PFC电感、谐振电感、变压器及EMI滤波电感等众多磁元件,磁性器件在体积和损耗上都占了很大一部分。本文通过分析各类磁性器件实际工作的电压电流特点,从磁芯损耗和绕组损耗出发,结合仿真对不同类型的磁性器件进行优化设计,最终提高充电桩电源模块的效率。
