本文测定了308.15K 时二水甲酸锶晶体的{110}和{011}面的生长速率,通过生长速率(R)与过饱和度(σ)的关系,计算了有关生长过程的活化能。发现该晶体的生长机制符合干水溶液中晶体生长的 BCF 面扩散模型。
