Abstract：
本文研究了溶液pH值,杂质离子Cr~(3+)、Fe~(3+)、Al~(3+)的浓度和溶液流速的变化与二水甲酸锶晶体(SFD)的(110)、(011)面生长速率的关系。实验结果表明,二水甲酸锶晶面生长速率在晶体和溶液相对运动下比相对静止时要加怏,晶面生长速率并不与溶液的流速成正比。
