Abstract：
明胶经胰蛋白酶水解 ,其酶解产物具有抗凝血活性 .采用生物信息学方法 ,从胶原蛋白的氨基酸序列入手 ,运用序列比对软件 ,比对胶原蛋白与已知的抗凝血因子之间的一级结构和二级结构 ,为其相似的功能寻找序列和结构上的共同点 ,探讨明胶酶解物的抗凝血机理 .
