本发明提供了一种非变性海蜇胶原蛋白的制备方法,属于生物技术领域,以腌制海蜇加工下脚料为原料,建立在中低温条件下采用柠檬酸为提取剂的非变性胶原蛋白提取工艺,得到较高纯度的胶原蛋白产品,有效提高海蜇产品附加值,实现低值海蜇高值化利用,为胶原蛋白的制备提供新来源。
