Abstract：
明胶经胰蛋白酶水解,其酶解产物具有抗凝血活性.采用生物信息学方法,从胶原蛋白的氨基酸序列入手,运用序列比对软件,比对胶原蛋白与已知的抗凝血因子之间的一级结构和二级结构,为其相似的功能寻找序列和结构上的共同点,探讨明胶酶解物的抗凝血机理.
