针对目前城镇土地分等定级中存在的参评因子数据量大 ,分析计算工作繁杂 ,图件成果数字化和更新周期要求快等问题 ,探讨如何在实际应用中 ,将MapGIS地理信息系统与城镇土地分等定级系统软件 (简称ULC)有机地结合起来 ,充分发挥各自的特点和所长 ,提高城镇土地分等定级的自动化和数字化程度
