Abstract：
运用高效液相色谱法测定黄酒中的5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)的含量,以5%甲醇水溶液为流动相,采用C18色谱柱,在UV284nm波长条件下检测样品中的5-HMF。结果表明,该方法快速、准确,在0.345～34.50μg/mL范围内线性相关系数为r2=0.9996,平均回收率87.44%～90.22%,相对标准偏差为0.33%～1.24%。
