Abstract：
采用＂3S＂的空间信息技术进行土地资源动态监测与快速更新是一先进的方法和手段.本文从遥感和全球定位系统融合实现土地动态更新着手,提出基于＂3S＂技术的县级土地利用动态更新系统的开发模式,及其系统实现方法.
