Abstract：
建立了一种Luminol-H2O2-Cu(Ⅱ)-考马斯亮蓝G250反相流动注射化学发光分析新方法,线性范围0.005～0.100mg/LCu(Ⅱ),检出限为0.0015mg/LCu(Ⅱ),对0.050mg/LCu(Ⅱ)溶液进行10次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为3.6%,干扰离子允许量大.该方法灵敏度、精密度和选择性好,直接用于江河水样中微量Cu(Ⅱ)的测定,取得了满意的结果.
