Abstract:
使用硫酸铵分级沉淀、 CM-Sephadex C-50弱阳离子、 POROS PE疏水层析和POROS HQ20强阴离子交换分离技术, 从黑曲酶发酵的果胶酶粗品中纯化出一种电泳纯的果胶酶. 经SDS-PAGE电泳测定其相对分子量约41.8kD, 最适pH和最适温度分别为5.0和36℃.
